ATTENTION: YOUR CREDIT CARD WILL BE CHARGED THE PRICE OF THE WELDING LENS IF YOU FAIL TO RETURN BAD LENS, OR IF THE LENS DOES NOT MEET THE WARRANTY REQUIREMENTS.
Bad welding lens must be returned within 10 business days after replacement arrives.
CLAIMANT WILL BE CHARGED AN ADDITIONAL SHIPPING CHARGE IF THE ADDRESS IS ENTERED INCORRECTLY AND PACKAGE GETS RETURNED TO OUR OFFICE.
CLAIMANT WILL BE CHARGED PRICE OF LENS IF LENS GETS LOST DUE TO INCORRECT MAILING ADDRESS.
BEFORE FILING CLAIM: PLEASE ENSURE YOU HAVE PLACED YOUR LENS IN DIRECT SUNLIGHT BEFORE FIRST USE AND AFTER PROLONGED STORAGE.
Our welding lenses have a 1 year limited warranty from date of purchase.
Steps to file a claim:
Fill out your contact information, write what the problem with the lens is, and pay the shipping charge. Once we receive your payment we will send you a replacement lens and a return label.
You must return your bad lens using the box and the return label provided.
(your card will be charged the price of lens if you fail to return bad lens within 10 business days)
WARRANTY COVERS:
Any mechanical defect. This include, dark spots, not turning on, or failing to work as intended.
Warranty does not cover any damages caused by user :
Drops, cracks, theft, water damage, or melting because lens was placed near hot surface will void warranty.
Please note, your card will be charged price of lens if it is determined bad lens does not meet the warrant requirements.
Warranty does not cover packages being lost because of incorrect shipping address or packages that get stolen after delivery.
WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER LENS FLASHING WHILE TIG WELDING, OR TIG WELDING IN RESTRICTED AREAS.
Welding lens works for all processes (lens is recommended for stick, flux, and mig) but as with most aut lenses, lens will flash with the tig process in restricted areas.

We ship to all 50 states. Orders are packed and shipped the next business day by USPS, UPS or FedEx. Typical delivery is 2 to 8 days depending on location.

Returns and exchanges
All sales are final. We accept returns or exchanges for items damaged in transit or if the wrong item was shipped. Email us within 30 days of purchase and we will start your exchange. If a replacement is not available we will issue a refund.
